Biography
Donna manages the day-to-day running of the postgraduate function at Rothamsted Research. She is responsible for the learning and development activities of all institute students as well as supporting them from the start to the finish of their PhDs. As part of Donna's role, she is responsible for the recruitment of our PhD students, and organises the yearly PhD conference and any cohort building activities that the institute runs. Donna also has more than nine years' experience within the institute's human resources department, working on a wide range of activities, including preparing payroll and managing the processes for most HR activities.
