Biography
A Higher Education specialist with over 35 years' experience of delivering effective professional services within complex organisational structures. Emma started her HE career at UCL working in academic administration, moved to the University of Oxford and worked in leadership roles across Student Systems, Student Administration and Student Services and then latterly as Academic Registrar. In 2020 she moved into an interim career, and has held COO and University Secretary roles at the University of Sussex and Cardiff Met, before joining Rothamsted as interim COO in September 2025.
