Biography
Edward has a background in agricultural development and public health nutrition. His research aims to improve our understanding of the nutrient status of populations, and interventions in agriculture and food systems to improve human nutrition. Currently his work seeks to gain insights on population nutrient status through the integration of large-scale datasets on food consumption and composition, and subsequent spatial and socioeconomic analyses
