Mark has over 27 years of corporate IT support experience. His skillset has developed over the years such that he can provide support not only in an enterprise IT environment but also into the wider business operations arena and beyond.
He leads a team of outstanding technical support individuals and prides himself on delivering and maintaining a first class level of service across all of Rothamsted’s locations.
He is keen to explore new technologies to enhance the existing scientific support infrastructure to build on the world leading research at the Institute and take it both technically and operationally into the future.
