Director of Human Resources and Organisational Change
Stephen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with more than 16 years of operational and strategic HR experience. His main responsibilities are to support the senior management in the successful implementation of the institute's people and organisation goals, either directly or by enabling the HR team to perform effectively in their roles. Stephen has overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the HR initiatives and the continuous development of our processes and policies, with specific responsibility for all operational HR matters. He also provides a business partnering role to a number of departments within the institute.

- Member of the Housing Committee, Employee Forum, Institute Negotiation and Consultative Committee and representative on the Joint Negotiation Consultative Committee.
- Representative on the Management Committee.
