BIOGRAPHY

Sirisha's main research interest is in developing and using the CRISPR/Cas technology in plants. Her primary areas of expertise include tissue culture and transformation, molecular biology, and at the moment, she is concentrating on using genome editing to improve critical agronomic features in crops. She is engaged in research on cereal transformation, focusing particularly on Rice, Wheat.
