BIOGRAPHY

Amy assists in the analysis of dietary fibre components in wheat grain samples. Her work on cell wall polysaccharides includes grain conditioning, milling, viscosity measurements of flour extracts, colourimetric analysis for pentosans and enzymatic fingerprinting of arabinoxylan and beta-glucan by ion chromatography
