Our International Fellowship Scheme supports scientists from developing countries to train at Rothamsted on a research project developed jointly with our research staff.

Work experience

Our work experience programme is designed to provide students with an opportunity to be involved with cutting edge agricultural scientific research as well as a variety of office based and support tasks. We hope students will gain a useful insight into the various aspects of our organization and the skills necessary for different careers.

Apprenticeships

We have teamed up with Oaklands College to launch a progressive and stimulating apprenticeship scheme. Opportunities exist across the organisation from science support functions through to Facilities. Our apprentices develop a range of skills and knowledge which provide a foundation to build a successful career.
