GPDATA - Collection of soil-borne fungi

The Plant Pathology Department of the IACR holds a specialist collection of over 600 living cultures of soil-borne fungi from around the world. This collection was created by the Cereal Root Pathology Group and consequently many of the isolates relate to the Gaeumannomyces-Phialophora complex of fungi. The collection catalogue is now browseable via World Wide Web forms and a command-line interface.

Contact David Hornby (e-mail: david.hornby@bbsrc.ac.uk) for more information about the available cultures.
