X-ray MicroCT Video Gallery

Below is a range of videos of x-ray microtomography models. Essentially the samples are imaged in the same way that CAT-scans are done on brains. However, the samples are small, millimeter-sized objects. The objects below, a wheat grain and a wheat flower (also called a spikelet), are segmented out using computer software to show external, and some internal features, in a three-dimensional perspective.
