Objectives

1. To evaluate farmer and community agro-ecosystem 
   practices and biotechnology potential in Latin America 
   using socioeconomic surveys.

2. To identify and evaluate establishment and impact of fungal 
   pathogens in host populations and use these data to parameterise 
   epidemiological models.

3. To optimise fungus production for commercialisation in Latin America

4. To evaluate contrasting fungus control strategies on a field and farm scale 
   in Latin America.

5. To transfer new information and technology to stakeholders
