ORFs page

All 6 reading frames are displayed as white bar diagrams, separated into the 3 forward and 3 reverse reading frames.

In each reading frame start and Met codons are coloured blue, stop codons red, and possible open reading frames (ORFs) are shaded in green. This makes it easy to see at a glance where the longest ORF is.

Clicking with the left mouse button on a green area displays the nucleotide positions of the start and stop codons in the ORF boundaries box at the top of the page, as well as the length of the ORF in nucleotides and amino acids.
