As with the Nt Search you can also allow mismatches and do a progressive search, and you can load in a list of amino acid motifs from a file and search for them automatically.

The forward and reverse reading frame search results are displayed in the two windows at the bottom of the page. Mismatches are indicated in lower case.

Standard single letter amino acid and ambiguity codes can be used in the search sequences and you can include codes for stop codons and any amino acid in your search sequence.

In addition you can restrict the search to one or more reading frames by using the reading frame check boxes.
