Download or open the file

When prompted select either open or save. If you select save, remember where you saved the zip file and then go and open it from the saved location.

Extract

When you open the archive, you are presented with a list of file that need to be replaced. Do not take too much attention to them. Click on extract (it might be slightly different in your own unpacking software).

Exctract in the MBN folder

Navigate your drives till you find the relevant folder. It is most likely in C:\\programs\mbn and will look like this...

Make sure
(1)the "mbn" folder is highlighted
(2)and that the address finishes with "mbn" .

If you are in the correct place, you will be told that the folder already contains these files and would you like to replace them.

Click on Yes to all

When the extraction is finished, you can close the archive and restart resources. Changes will only be visible after you have closed and reopen the RESource brower.

The changes mainly affect the WWW resource and some occasional links in the text.
