MBN Updates: here are the updates to the MBN software. Free to download if you already own MBN on CD-ROM Samples: here are some extra samples we have prepared for you to use in BioLab MBN: update 2008
The 2008 update is a patch to help recover the correct links to our main web server as the old URLs are not working anymore. It comes as a zip file that you have to unpack in the mbn directory. example if you have installed mbn in D:programs\mbn\ then extract the archive in that mbn folder.

The 2001 update contains:
- BioLab version 2: full of new features and enhancements

- can now work with VERY long sequences (up to 2000 million bp)

- the tube "information pop up" and "check seqs" now work on any tube, even within methods

- New Help pages
- new "Getting Started" guide
- better navigation
- covers all the new features
- New experiments
- the long awaited "lambda protocol" as presented by Roger Delpech from SAPS
- diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis using PCR (from an original research paper)
Use the "Download Wizard" to obtain the update to MBN, or order the Network update*. By answering a few questions you will help us determine which version of MBN you need and give you the most relevant installation instructions.
The information gathered is stored only temporarily until your registration is processed. E-mail addresses are not passed on to third parties.
* The Update to the Network version is not yet available but you can use the wizard to let us know you need it and we will send you an email as soon as it is ready.
