Weather data at Broom's Barn
The weather station at Broom's Barn has operated continuously since 1964. It provides data for our scientists. An automatic weather station, installed in 1993, logs data from 14 sensors around the met site. These data are then available to our researchers from a database.
We've had to bring to an end our provision of open access weather data because of funding shortfalls.
