Objectives
The main objective of this group is: to test biological hypotheses expressed as mathematical and statistical models that can be used with experimental data to analyse, evaluate and refine biological knowledge; to develop software and databases that facilitate the scientific research and technology transfer; and to ensure that data are collected, managed, analysed and interpreted using the best available methods.

- Forecasting sugar yield, diseases occurrence and severity for sugar beet.
