Hiring of Facilities, as from 1st April 2010
HALL - £200 a day
- Maximum - 60 people.
- With tables, the maximum is about 20.
- Audio visual equipment plus full sound system
COMMITTEE ROOM - £100 a day
- Maximum - 12 people
- Audio visual equipment
MEETING ROOM - £80 a day
- Maximum - 8 people
- Audio visual equipment
REFRESHMENTS
- Coffee/tea - £1.00 per head (to include biscuits)
- Orange juice & water - £0.50 per head
LUNCH (provided and billed to you by an outside company)
Option 1 - Standard Menu £5.75 plus VAT per person
- Selection of mini rolls and sandwiches
- A savoury selection of quiches, pork pies, sausage rolls,pasties, mini pizzas
- Cake selection
- Fresh seasonal fruit bowl
If you wish to add extras or substitute any of the above, please advise, ie crisps, peanuts, breadsticks, vegetable sticks, olives etc.
