  • Career summary

    Tony gained a first class honours degree in Chemistry from Cambridge Univeristy, where he also completed his PhD in avermectin biosynthesis under the supervision of Professor James Staunton. Before arriving at Rothamsted, Tony worked in a postdoctorate position in the Australian National University on ansamycin biosynthesis with Professor Rod Rickards. He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and an Editor for the journal, Pest Management Science.
