Summary

Currently providing consultancy capabilities for the bioinformatics group in the areas of database development, pathway modelling and microarray analysis and the associated functional analysis. Specific research activities involve nicotiniana pathway modelling, web-based database development for biosynthetic reactions, micro-array analysis and integrative analysis of post-genomics data. Previously, heavily involved in the development of decision support systems and a multitude of web-based database systems.
